Harrodsburg First is governed by a board of directors. Board members are selected from the community. Our bylaws allow for at least 5 and no more than 11 directors. These individuals have demonstrated an interest in downtown revitalization, historic preservation and the local business community.

Board members are appointed to a three-year term and may serve two consecutive terms before they must sit off for at least one year. Each board member must serve on one of our committees.
